In the 17th century, amidst the lush Cape vines, the harvest had produced an outstanding vintage. According to legend, angels crept into the cellar and wept tears of joy when this beautiful wine touched their lips. To this day every drop of Angels Tears wine is a testimony to this legend and Grande Provence is a proud home to the legacy.

An angelic Chagall-esque figure swirling amongst flowers, bees, squirrels and birds represents the divine fruitiness of the wine.
